The Ivy Hotel is going to make you feel right in. 

Though, here are some few questions we have received if you are

looking to get the best of everything.

GENERAL

What is the age restrictions for reserving?

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years or old to make a reservation at our hotel. A identification is required upon Check-In. 

Does your hotel allows pets?

The Ivy Hotel unfortunately does not allow our furry friends at our hotel. We only accept service animals as establish by the American Disability Act.

What are your service fee and the governmental tax?

The Ivy Hotel has a 17% service fee, besides the 9% governmental tax. Theses taxes and fees cover the hotel amenities, and services.

Is smoking allowed at The Ivy Hotel?

Smoking is not allowed in our hotel, if not in the designated areas, if found smoking in non-smoking areas you may be subject to a $250 dollars fine charged to your credit card given in check-in for incidentals.

Do you have parking available?

At the moment, The Ivy Hotel does not have parking available, but in our surrounding there are parking lots available.

Is there Internet available at the hotel?

We want you to keep connected with your family back at home, so we provide Internet throughout our hotel, included in the reservation. Ask our front desk for the password.

Are there any rules for the use of the pool?

For the use of the pool, please know the following:

  • The pool area is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

  • When the pool area is unattended, use it at your own risk.

  • Caution when entering the pool area as the floors may be slippery.

ROOMS

How many persons can be in your rooms?

The rooms capacities are as follow:

  • Tropical Double Queen rooms allow up to four (4) persons per room.

  • Fresh Double Twin and Modern King rooms allow up to two (2) persons per room.

Any additional person may be charge an additional $50 dollars per night on the reservations and credit card on system​. Make sure that the amount on person on the reservation is correct before confirming.

Are there roll-away beds or cribs available?

We do not offer roll-away beds or cribs in our hotel at the moment. You may call us to see if there is any available. Charges may apply if possible.

Does the hotel have handicapped rooms?

Yes, we do have handicapped rooms available on the ground floor for our handicapped friends. Important to reserve looking for this option

Do all of your rooms have balcony or terrace?

Our ground floor rooms have a private terrace available, if you would like to reserve these room, be sure to make this preference once reserving. 

Does The Ivy Hotel have shared rooms?

The Ivy Hotel does not have shared or connected rooms.

CHECK-In & Out

What are the Check-In & Out hours?

Our Check-In starts at 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out is until 12:00 p.m.

Can I make an early Check-In? Or late Check-Out?

Early Check-In varies upon availability of rooms and may be subject to an additional charge of $75 dollars plus taxes. Late Check-Out must be requested and have a additional charge of $75 dollars plus taxes per hour, if Check-Out is not made by 2:00 p.m. it may be applicable a charge of an additional night.

Is there going to be a hold on my credit card?

The credit card given in check-in has a $100 dollars hold on it, retained for incidental purposes.  Release after check-out and it may take 5-7 business days to be reflected on the bank account. 

What I need upon Check-In?

At the moment of check-in you would need:

  • Identification with photo (driver license or passport)

  • Credit card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo on it.

COVID-19

Is the pool available during the COVID-19 pandemic?

The pool is still available, but limited. Please contact our Front Desk for more information.

What measures is The Ivy Hotel having due to the pandemic?

The Ivy Hotel is newly remodel hotel, taking the needed precautions for our staff and guest safety and well being. Visit out COVID-19 Updates to know more about what are we doing to keep you safe during your stay with us.

Do I have to bring a negative test or vaccination card?

Yes, upon check-in and arrival at the airport you will be requested to fill up information and have the vaccination card or negative test for the Check-in process. If not presented, our team can assist you in finding a near clinic or convenience store for test results.
